Marc Eller, Retiring CEO, Nano-Proprietary, Inc. (OTC BB: NNPP) & Managing Partner of $25 million Private Placement Fund  On June 1, 2006 Marc announced his retirment from Nano Proprietary where he has served as CEO and Chairman of the Board since it went public in 1993.  Marc has funded and sat on the board of many private and public companies since 1992, and also has an extensive real estate background.  Marc founded multiple real estate investment partnerships that includes the purchase of 20 shopping centers, office buildings and vacant land from the Resolution Trust Corporation(RTC)/FDIC 1989 - 1992 and participated in high-rise condominium development projects since 2000. 

Peter White, Co-Founder & CEO Vocada Incorporated: Peter has played a key role in developing business, consumer, and infrastructure products for the Internet dating back to his first start-up in 1993. The same level of excitement he had in the early days of the Internet, he now brings to creating new solutions for the voice-enabled world. As CEO, his primary focus is overall product strategy, management leadership, strategic planning and building the culture for Vocada. With experience in running both private and public companies, Peter understands what it takes to build and grow businesses in dynamic, competitive markets. Prior to founding Vocada, Peter served as President and Director of Wavo Corporation (NASDAQ:WAVO), a streaming media and communications company.  Peter came to Wavo through the acquisition of his previous company, Paracel Online Systems, which provided high-end business intelligence products to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Paracel Online Systems, he was the co-founder and CEO of Carthage International, where he launched the first personalized information service on the Internet in 1994 in partnership with Ziff-Davis. Peter has extensive experience in building senior management teams, raising institutional money (over $35 Million), developing relationships on Wall Street, and growing businesses from start-up stage to commercial success.

Phil Myers, CEO Cyclone Commerce:  Phil brings 21 years of software industry experience to Cyclone having recently served as President of Interact.com, a division of SalesLogix, and Vice President of Marketing for Novadigm. His track record includes leading two successful initial public offerings and launching 13 products that became market leaders in their category. Phil is widely regarded in the industry for his strategic marketing expertise and ability to develop high-quality management teams across development, sales and marketing. He speaks frequently at conferences and symposiums, and serves as a board member for several software marketing services firms. Phil has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Management Science from Pennsylvania State University.

John R. Thomas,President & CEO MedSynergies, Inc.  John Thomas has been with MedSynergies Inc. since its inception in 1996, when he began as senior vice president and managing director of development.  While at MedSynergies, Mr. Thomas has held positions such as senior vice president and chief financial officer, and has been a member of the board of directors since 1999.  Prior to joining MedSynergies, Mr. Thomas was the vice president of the newly formed HealthCare Finance Group for Bank One.  He was also the assistant vice president for Texas Commerce Bank, where he focused on hospitals, emerging healthcare markets, core finance and revenue.  Mr. Thomas is a national speaker on topics such as revenue cycle management, billing and collections processes and capitalization, raising funds, bank debt, turnaround and high/low debt revenue.  Mr. Thomas received his Master of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Texas Graduate School of Business.  While at the University of Texas, he focused on finance and management and was selected as the Sword Scholar and received the Dean’s Academic Award.  Mr. Thomas received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas.

Ryan Eller, Partner, Ellerphund Capital.  Ryan manages a $25 million private equity and real estate fund and sits on the Board of many private companies.  Prior to forming Ellerphund, Ryan directed the research of Green Peak Partners, a Dallas based private equity fund.  Ryan also has a legal background and served as a Litigation Consultant at Tucker Alan Inc., a leading litigation and business consulting firm in Chicago. 

John Schilsky, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, Nevill Business Machines.  John brings an intensely focused accounting background to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Nevill including seven years in public accounting and five years of industry experience. John oversees the financial, legal and operational issues of Nevill. As a member of the audit and advisory division of PricewaterhouseCoopers, John managed a variety of financial audits ranging from privately held mid-market clients to Fortune 500 corporations. It was here that he gained a working knowledge of how companies grow and change, the common management threads that are vital to the survival of any business. John received his bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University with a double major of Public Accounting and Risk Management and Finance. John received his CPA the year following graduation. John is a member of the AICPA and an active member of Rotary International
